Eugene Cumberbatch, 27, who police say was Henderson's accomplice and fired only one shot before his 9 mm pistol jammed, was tried in September. A jury took three hours to convict Cumberbatch of a seven count indictment that included two counts of complicity to aggravated murder and two counts of complicity to murder. He also was found guilty of felonious assault, shooting into a habitation and having weapons under disability since he has a prior criminal record.
